Please read these terms carefully before using Eventrizo. They cover what we're responsible for, what you're responsible for, and how money moves between you and your attendees.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Eventrizo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our platform is event infrastructure, and using our services counts as acceptance of these standards.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
User responsibilities
Eventrizo provides the technical backbone. Operational management, attendee communication and on-site execution remain the responsibility of the account holder.

- Which volunteers you invite and what you let them do
Payments and fees
All financial transactions are processed through our integrated payment partner, Stripe. By using our ticketing services, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
Eventrizo charges service fees as set out in your plan. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your ticket sales.
Cancellations and refunds
Eventrizo is a service provider and is not responsible for attendee refund disputes. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers, who must state their policy clearly on their event page.
If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for managing attendee refunds through the Stripe dashboard.
Intellectual property
The Eventrizo platform — its software, designs and brand elements — is the exclusive property of Eventrizo.
You keep ownership of your event data and attendee records, and grant Eventrizo a licence to use that data solely to provide the services you signed up for.
Limitation of liability
Eventrizo provides technical infrastructure “as is”. We are not liable for on-site operational failures, attendee conduct, physical security, or any indirect losses arising from running your event. The platform is a tool; applying it well is up to you.
