privacy policy.
At Eventrizo, your data security isn't a compliance checkbox — it's how the platform is built. Here's exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, create an event, or register for an event. We also collect technical data such as IP addresses and device information to keep our infrastructure fast and secure.
- Your name and email address
- Payment information, processed securely through Stripe
- Any custom form data an event organizer asks you for
- Technical data — IP address and device information
How we use your information
Your data is used to provide, maintain and improve our event management services. That includes processing ticket transactions, generating unique QR codes for attendance, giving organizers real-time analytics, and keeping the platform secure.
Scan logs are used specifically to manage event capacity and entry logistics — never to build a profile of you.
Data security and retention
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data. All communication is encrypted via SSL/TLS, and QR codes are cryptographically signed to prevent tampering.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA or other privacy laws — including the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Organizers can export attendee data or request account deletion at any time from their dashboard settings.
Privacy-first architecture
Our system is built to minimise data exposure. Volunteer scanners only see what their specific role needs — checking an entrance, or verifying a food voucher — so attendee details stay private on-site.
